to disable apps that are running in the background from wasting resources. open settings and go to privacy and in the left pane select background apps.
now select the apps that you don’t want to run in the background and turn them off.

to disable visual effects, open settings and go to system and in the left pane, select about.
under related settings, select Advanced system settings. inside the advance settings window, select the performance tab and click on settings. in the visual effects tab, select Adjust for best performance and click ok to apply settings.
9. Search Indexing
