Microsoft Corporation decided to purchase Nokia's Mobile Devices ,Services Business and License its Patents !
Microsoft will pay 5.4 euros(current worth in 7.1654 USD) in
Cash ! This deal will transfer 32k Nokia's employees to
Microsoft.
The purchase is set to be completed in 2014 .
Currently nokia's market share is 14% of Global Mobile phone
Sales(2nd quarter 2013).
Samsung is still at #1 position with 24.7% of Market shares !
